In February 2025 the Housing Innovation Awards will return for their fourth outing, continuing to serve as a symbol for innovation and change within UK housing.
To those who work in housing, the breadth and depth of innovation within the sector might seem obvious. Every day, we read about a new modular development, retrofit initiative, approach to tenant engagement, or AI solution that reminds us of the sector’s unrelenting search for a better way of doing things.
Many of these innovations have been driven by new and evolving threats. Decarbonisation, building safety, and the delivery of new homes are all significant issues the sector is continuing to grapple with. And while new solutions might not always hit the mark – such is the nature of innovation – the willingness to try and do something different must be recognised.
Join us as we serve that recognition and once again celebrate the dedication, talent, and drive of those who strive to make UK housing a place of continued innovation and excellence.
2025 will see the awards move to a new venue: The International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham City Centre on the 12th February.
