The Regulator of Social Housing has revealed its latest round of regulatory judgements, with all those graded retaining their existing ratings.
The majority of the 34 judgments were made on housing associations with an existing G1/V1 rating, which recognises the highest level of compliance for both governance and financial viability.

- Croydon Churches Housing Association

- Epic Housing
- Connect Housing
- Cobalt Housing
- Bernicia
- Arawak Walton
- Arches Housing
- Bournville Village Trust
- Selwood Housing
- Weaver Vale
- Saffron Housing Trust
- Riverside
- Places for People
- Two Rivers Housing
- Havebury Housing Partnership
Bernicia chief executive John Johnston said: “This a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our board, staff and involved tenants.”
Bournville Village Trust said in a statement: “Great to see our existing G1/V1 grades confirmed again today.
“We’re committed to building organisational & financial strength & the confidence in us from our Regulator is an important part of this.”

The housing providers which retained a G1/V2 rating are:

- Ocean Housing, Network Homes
- One Vision Housing
- Byker Community Trust
- Bolton at Home
- Salix Homes
- Rochdale Boroughwide Housing
- Acis Group
- Tower Hamlets Community Housing
Progress Housing Group retained its G2/V1 rating, while Connexus retained its G2/V2 rating.
