Community Housing has appointed Catherine Cole as its new director of Housing and Communities.
Cole will be responsible for Housing Services, Customer Experience, Customer Engagement, Care and Support, and amica 24/Technology Enabled Care Services.
Before joining the provider, Cole worked at the Bournville Village Trust in Birmingham.
Prior to that, she held assistant director roles at Platform Housing, Fortis Living, and WM Housing (now Citizen).
Commenting on her appointment, Cole said: “I am very passionate about delivering high-quality services to customers and using feedback and insight from customers to continually develop and improve.”
Community Housing rebranded in October 2021 to bring all subsidiary companies into one new brand.
Based in the Wyre Forest area of Kidderminster, the provider has manages around 6,000 homes, with plans to bring an additional 1,100 new homes to the district in the next 10 years.
