The Flowlio software is an enterprise level project management and analytics software. It has been designed using the Flowlio methodology, which guides users through the 5-steps to success in project delivery.
It makes projects simple, providing all the tools, templates and reports necessary for successful end-to-end project delivery and to provide clear visibility of project status.
This includes automated reporting, approval workflows and dynamic project documents, such as the business case, RAID log, benefits mapping, highlight reports and much more.
The software’s intelligent functionality recognises where previously entered information is required elsewhere in the system, prepopulating fields for you and saving valuable time.
This collaborative environment also mitigates the need for outdated spreadsheets and disparate templates, providing businesses with the structure and governance required to keep pace with the evolving digital and hybrid working environment.
The Flowlio training is a 3-day, project fundamentals training course. The course is Ofqual accredited and provides delegates with a level-3 certificate of competence on successful completion.
The training has been designed using the Flowlio methodology, which guides users through the 5-steps to success.
We combine a mix of theory and practical, to ensure that delegates can apply their learning through fun exercises and activities.
This involves the use of our toolkit, so that delegates are equipped to apply their learning immediately following coaching.
The course is open to anyone, but particularly those involved in the delivery of change projects, and will provide attendees with the confidence to complete projects successfully.
