Gateway Housing has announced the handover of more than 75 new affordable homes in Forest Gate, Newham.
The development – named 140-150 Earlham Grove E, or Earlham Square – brings 78 affordable homes to Forest Gate, which altogether comprise nine social rent homes and 69 shared ownership homes.
The Earlham Grove scheme is made up of 20 one-bedroom, 27 two-bedroom, and 31 three-bedroom homes and features associated car parking facilities, landscaped communal gardens, and cycle bays.
Becky Utuka, director of Development and Sales at Gateway Housing Association, said: “Earlham Grove is another example of the high-quality standard of affordable homes that Gateway is building in Newham and neighbouring boroughs.
“We’re proud that we’ve helped to make a difference to local residents, by providing these 78 affordable homes in Forest Gate.
