Over the past 12 months, Golding Homes has completed 227 new homes in Kent, meaning 845 people have been able to move into a new home.
Kathleen Shum, who moved in to her new home in Ashford last month, said: “The property is beautiful, and I received a lovely welcome box from Golding Homes with very thoughtful goodies, which I really appreciated as it just made it a bit more special.
“I’m very much looking forward to setting up my new home and starting my new life with my son here.”
Golding Homes’ Tom Casey, director of Development and Sales, said: “It has been a really challenging 12 months for the construction industry.

“I am so proud we have found COVID-safe solutions to ensure we can continue to deliver these much-needed new homes in Kent.
“We are very grateful to our range of construction partners for their hard work.”
The new homes are in a variety of developments across Maidstone, Ashford, Medway, and Swale.
They include 152 homes for affordable rent, 44 for sale through a Shared Ownership scheme with Golding Places, and 31 for market rent.
Casey said: “As a local landlord, we understand that the pandemic has left many of our customers and partners struggling.
“But, working with our construction partners, which includes a mix of large house builders and smaller local contractors, we have delivered some fantastic new homes and supported the local economy through these investments.”
