Golding Homes has joined an alliance of housing associations intended to deliver more efficient legal services to its members.
The Maidstone-based housing provider has become a member of the Housing Association Legal Alliance (HALA).
Geoff Davies, Golding’s head of procurement said: “We’re delighted to join HALA.
“Efficiency and value for money are core to delivering on our promises to customers, and as HALA members we’ll be able to secure rates and efficiencies we would otherwise not have access to.
“Membership also gives us the opportunity to share ideas and best practice with colleagues across the sector.”
HALA delivers through the joint procurement of legal services from a panel of solicitors with specialist knowledge in the areas of corporate governance and finance; development and sales; housing management and property.
