Although just a few weeks old, Grand Union Housing Group says it is already enjoying the benefits of its new customer portal, which was developed in partnership with Active Housing and launched last month.
The portal utilises three of Active Housing’s key products, including the feature-rich Active Portal, award winning Active Diagnostics, and the tenant-onboarding tool, Active Onboarding.
The new MyGUHG portal gives customers the ability to make payments, view rent statements, request repairs, and more.
It also gives prospective customers the ability to apply for a property and track their application online.
The portal can be used 24/7 on any internet-enabled device.
The new MyGUHG was developed and delivered during lockdown, with a goal of providing Grand Union with more flexibility to administer and maintain the portal in house through a flexible content management system.
Grand Union said the Active Portal product met this criteria as it utilises one of the world’s most powerful content management systems, allowing for the editing of content, creation and administration of web pages and forms, administration of users, and more.
After around four weeks after launch, Grand Union now has more than 2,200 registered users on the system.
Grand Union says it is looking forward to feedback from its customers and future projects they will work on together.
