Great Places Housing Group has appointed Gateley Vinden to its Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework of contractors and consultants for the next four years.
The £1.5bn framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the North of England, not only to support Great Places’ affordable development programme but also other housing associations operating across those regions.
Joanne Whitehead, Great Places’ development performance manager, who is responsible for managing the framework, said: “We are delighted to be working with Gateley Vinden on our new ICN framework. We are confident they will be able to work with us and the clients of ICN in delivering the sector’s extensive development ambitions in the North.”
Bill Ibram, director at Gateley Vinden, added: “We are pleased to have successfully retained our place on the ICN framework for another four years.
“In addition to our core employer’s agent and principal designer offering, we have been able to expand this appointment to include clerk of works services through the support of our colleagues at Gateley RJA.
“This really demonstrates how the joined-up approach of our property platform consultancies produces full-service solutions for clients.”
The new £1.5bn framework will run until June 2028.
