For the eighth consecutive year, Hyde New Homes has achieved the ‘Gold’ accolade at the 2021 Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The independent survey, conducted by market research company In-house, found that 91.9% of customers would recommend Hyde New Homes – which is part of Hyde Housing Association – to friends and family.
In-house speaks to purchasers once they are settled in their new Hyde home, and the award is based purely on feedback provided by our customers.
Throughout what has been a difficult year for businesses from all industries, Hyde New Homes has been able to maintain a high-level of customer service while keeping people safe.
From virtual tours and viewings, to integrating with online platforms to sign the all-important paperwork, customers have been able to secure and even complete on their purchase, all from the comfort of their sofa.
