Following a restructure we are implementing our new Customer First operating model in April 2021. Customer First puts our customers at the heart of what we do and these roles are pivotal in delivering that. Always thinking outside of the box in order to provide an excellent service and customer experience, we are looking for forward thinking customer champions.
As an Area Housing Manager we are looking for two talented people who can drive forward the service your team will offer to our customers by:
Effectively delivering and managing all the housing services within a geographical area, ensuring a customer focused service that meets our diverse customers’ needs and expectations and the Group’s key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory requirements
Working in partnership covering key areas such as lettings, anti-social behaviour, income collection and tenancy related matters
Being a visible presence in your area with your team
You are someone that has experience in coaching and managing people to achieve excellent performance, delivering excellent customer care, effective problem-solving and dealing with the challenging situations that working in housing can often present.

The hours of work will be 36.25 hours per week split over Monday to Friday, working a rota between 8am to 6pm. Further details will be discussed at interview.
