Customer First puts our customers at the heart of what we do and these new roles are pivotal in delivering that. Always thinking outside of the box in order to provide an excellent service and customer experience, we are looking for forward thinking customer champions.
One of these new specialist roles is in Community Safety. You are someone that has CILEx or equivalent qualifications and have legal experience in the field of Community Safety and antisocial behaviour.
You will be comfortable operating in the following key areas:
- Support the delivery of an innovative and effective community safety service, by providing specialist legal advice and advocacy for the Group, ensuring that the appropriate legal remedies are secured to combat antisocial behaviour in our communities.
- Be the lead officer in presenting anti-social behaviour cases in court, achieving successful outcomes for the Group.
- Ensure the effective operation and delivery of a high quality community safety legal service with particular emphasis on customer satisfaction on the service provided.
- Reporting on progress against targets for the performance of the Community Safety Service.

The hours of work will be 36.25 hours per week split over Monday to Friday, working a rota between 8am to 6pm. Further details will be discussed at interview.
