This is a defining time to join the HR team which will provide you with the opportunity to make your mark, shape the relationship with our internal customers and innovate the way that we work.
You will support and develop the Group’s recruitment strategy and talent agenda, strengthening the organisation’s capability through recruitment, succession and sourcing methodologies across the Group. You will build a strong employer value proposition, drive forward the speed and quality of hire and create a talent pipeline through development of strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
You will be a seasoned in-house recruitment, resourcing or talent practitioner. Operating at Business Partner level you are a subject matter expert and have a broad knowledge and personal toolkit including attraction, selection, induction, employer branding, diversity & inclusion, data and much more.
You are someone who is at ease translating strategy into operational requirements and delivering pragmatic and customer focused solutions. Your ability to manage relationships, influence across a broad range of stakeholders and establish personal credibility is one of your strengths.
You are very comfortable using data and management information to influence decision making whilst also considering the wider strategic picture and implications for the business.
You will be an experienced resourcing professional having built effective recruitment campaigns using targeted channels, technologies and messages to reach specific candidate groups. Ideally, you will also have experience of devising and developing recruitment strategy and policy and employer branding and embedding this across the employee lifecycle.
In addition to experience of supplier management, you will be used to building strong relationships across organisations and at every level, with the ability to successfully influence others to deliver the most effective solutions. Resilient in approach you will be able to manage stakeholder expectations, understand business imperatives and turn them into actions.
