Mark Kearney has been appointed as director of North East-based heating and insulation firm, PHS Solutions.
The business, a newly established subsidiary of PHS, provides main contractor services focussing on the delivery of construction, decarbonisation and regeneration projects to the residential and commercial sectors, including social landlords.
Kearney is highly regarded within the sector and brings over 25 years’ experience working in the housing and construction sectors. A post-graduate RICS quantity surveyor, he has held senior leadership roles across a range of regeneration and new build projects throughout the North of England, previously working for Engie (Keepmoat) and Wates Construction.
He will be responsible for growing the business and establishing it within the built environment sector.

PHS Solutions has secured a 10-year framework with Sunderland housing provider, Gentoo, as part of the Gentogether Partnership, for whole house refurbishments.
