Longhurst Group, a leading housing association managing over 25,000 properties, has successfully transformed its income collection processes by leveraging Mobysoft’s innovative RentSense solution.
Amidst the challenging economic backdrop of a cost of living crisis, Longhurst Group has significantly reduced arrears to 1.54% of the rent roll, surpassing the target of 2.1%.
RentSense has been instrumental in prioritising cases and managing the increased arrears caseload face by Longhurst’s income team effectively.
