Mediaworks and Yorkshire Housing CEO Nick Atkin recently engaged in a discussion around the role of digital in reimagining the tenant experience.
The pair explored the ways in which social distancing, remote working, and public restrictions have forced housing associations to adapt to changing demands from tenants and accelerate their digital transformation strategies.
The two experts went on to discuss how both marketing strategies and the housing industry have changed over the years.
They said the change can largely attributed to the increase in the use of technology, as the greater number of people using digital devices has lead to larger quantities of data being consumed on a daily basis.
The discussion also looked into how housing associations can embrace this evolution to create a futureproof digital experience both now and into the future.
