Housing customer contact and engagement innovator Futr has today launched the first in a series of free thought leadership productions to disseminate best practice in digital customer service.
The Futr UK Housing Vodcast, available to stream now, offers bite-sized insights from housing place-shapers, exploring how specific digital challenges are being overcome by landlords.
As with many housing peers, MHS Homes’ digital transformation roadmap has been drastically accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that the services it provides to customers remain as efficient and effective as possible.
In conversation with Futr’s Housing Lead, Kitty Hadaway, Ashley Hook discusses MHS Homes’ unique digital change journey and how it is likely to progress post-pandemic, as well as the importance of reliable data in delivering tailored services to customers.
Kitty Hadaway, Housing lead at Futr, said: “The past 12 months of upheaval have forced landlords of all sizes to show genuine agility and innovation to ensure their digital customer services operations are not only fit for purpose, but also future-ready.
“Our Futr UK Housing event series will showcase the great work being done on digital right across the sector, so that insights can be shared among peers to benefit all social housing residents.
“MHS Homes has demonstrated a truly progressive, customer-first approach to its digital transformation, making them the ideal subject for our first Futr UK Housing Vodcast.”
For a more in-depth exploration of shared challenges in digital transformation, the Futr UK Housing Webinar series will also launch soon; introducing a new sector leader each month to discuss and share best practice through insightful discussions, followed by a live Q&A session.
