Ongo has successfully retained their Matrix accreditation, demonstrating the high quality of information advice and guidance services they provide to customers who are seeking employment, training and support.
Their Communities team have been operating for a number of years in the North Lincolnshire region, providing support and coaching to over 1,000 people each year, to help them enhance their prospects.
The Matrix standard is owned by the Department for Education and is the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and guidance (IAG), either as their sole purpose or as part of their service offering.
