PA Housing has appointed two new senior leaders to its property services and repairs teams.
Steven Holmes and Graham Jones have been appointed to head up Repairs and Estates Services, respectively.
Steven joins PA Housing from Soho Housing Association, where he served as head of Property Services.
He worked previously as general manager at Mears Group PLC, Contract Relationship manager at Tower Hamlet Homes, and head of Asset Management at Estuary Housing Association.
Graham has joined PA Housing as head of Estate Services, joining from BSW Heating Ltd, where he was associate director of Field Operations.
After a career in the Military, Graham forged a new career path, heading various estate and operation teams, including as Business Development manager at Qinetiq MOD-Defence, and head of Estate Management at the One the Elephant development in Elephant and Castle, London.
Steven Holmes, head of Repairs at PA Housing, said: “The challenge presented by the role was immediately what attracted me to PA, especially the spread of properties – ranging from London up into the Midlands – as well the organisation’s emphasis on building resident engagement.
“I’m really looking forward to engaging with both my colleagues and residents in order to successfully drive forward service delivery – it’s a journey we all need to take together.”
Graham Jones, head of Estate Services at PA Housing, said: “The role initially appealed to me due to its complex nature. I’m really looking forward to motivating and encouraging the team and our contractors, meeting – and even exceeding – the expectations of customers.
Maria Frawley, assistant director of Property Services and Repairs at PA Housing, said: “I am delighted to welcome Graham and Steven to PA.
“The roles they have taken up are new for PA and give us an opportunity to deliver great outcomes for our customers across these key services.”
PA Housing holds a stock of 24,000 homes and employs more than 600 staff.
