Digital innovator Plentific has announced a new partnership with the voice of housing associations in Wales, Community Housing Cymru, as part of its growth across the UK housing sector.
Technology leader Plentific is optimising real-time property operations across more than 1.7 million UK homes, with clients in Wales including the Codi Group, Tai Tarian and Trivallis.
Plentific’s multi-award winning AI-powered platform connects the full property operations ecosystem in one place, with solutions including repair diagnostics, work order management, resident self-service, contractor and field service management, inspections and compliance.
Community Housing Cymru represents 30 social landlords across Wales which collectively provide almost 174,000 homes to 10% of the Welsh population.
Hayley Eastment, Policy Lead – Community Housing Cymru, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Plentific as a commercial partner.
“As housing associations across Wales continue to strengthen property data and modernise systems, partnerships like this can play an important role in supporting that transformation.
“Plentific brings valuable experience in helping housing providers to use data more effectively to streamline operations and improve the resident experience, creating opportunities for collaboration, shared learning and innovation across the sector.
“Their connected approach to repairs, compliance and resident engagement has the potential to help organisations deliver more efficient, resilient and resident-focused outcomes for communities across Wales.”
Henrik von Bahr, Plentific’s VP of Strategic Accounts, (pictured right) added: “Our mission is to help housing providers to deliver better outcomes through practical, real-world delivery.

“In Wales, we’re proud to be partnering with Community Housing Cymru.
“At Plentific, we believe the future of social housing depends on how effectively organisations connect across systems, data, supply chains and, critically, people.
“The sector is at a point where fragmented processes and disconnected technologies are no longer sustainable.
“Delivering resilient, high-quality services requires stronger collaboration, shared learning and a more integrated approach to operations.”
