Who are we?
Procure Plus are a commercial, not for profit, company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both new-build and repair and maintenance and repairs for a wide range of social housing clients, saving between 10% and 20% with no diminution of quality. The business is owned and governed by our Registered Provider clients, guaranteeing that the savings achieved remain in our sector.
Creating value for & investing in our communities
Driven by the desire to get more for every £1 of spend, we are a diverse team that have come together to deliver more. Employing a range of construction, procurement and IT expertise, we secure and manage sustainable, market leading prices and use those relationships to work with the supply chain to improve our communities through the provision of jobs and training.
Having leveraged multi-million £ funding from organisations such as CiTB, we support those distant from the labour market into full time employment with training. The social value and impact, for the individual, their family, friends and the wider community, is transformational and makes our society better for us all.
Developing the frameworks
As we are in constant engagement with our clients, we are able to structure our frameworks and services to keep pace with current demands and our partnership approach ensures processes to secure value and up to the minute management reporting. Driving efficiency, providing transparency and supporting clients and the supply chain alike.
To support this, we have jointly developed with our clients a range of IT systems specifically created for the social housing sector that can export information of link to existing housing management systems.
