Award-winning digital solutions provider Prodo has launched its latest set of product innovations designed to engage customers and drive channel shift in the housing sector.
The advanced customer engagement campaigns have been built in house by the development and marketing teams at Prodo, based on their experience creating similar projects both in and outside the housing sector.
The result is ‘Nudge’ and ‘Shift’ – two separate campaigns powered by automation software.
‘Nudge’ is specifically designed to kickstart the initial adoption of digital platforms, while ‘Shift’ uses data and closed-loop reporting to get customers using digital platforms on a regular basis.

“So, we took everything we’ve learnt from digital transformation projects as well as our experience as a digital marketing agency for commercial organisations to develop bespoke customer engagement campaigns that work alongside what housing associations have already got.
“Nudge and Shift are the next logical step after a housing association has built their digital self-service platforms.
“They work seamlessly in the background to engage customers, using clever tech and optimisation to see just how easy it is to register and interact online.”
How do they work?
Prodo will work with individual housing associations to understand where they’re currently at in their digital transformation journey to decide which program is right for them.
Prodo will then install quantitative analytical tools to their existing online platforms, providing data insights into current customer behaviour.
Based on this information, Prodo will provide recommendations to activate the Nudge program, forming the background to strategic tactics such as conversion rate optimised landing pages, lead generation chatbots, trigger-based automated workflows, and targeted email sends.
The ‘Shift’ campaign is for housing associations that are further along with their channel shift objectives, looking to encourage ongoing user activity.
Through a dynamic integration, Shift uses enhanced data analysis for more advanced multi-touchpoint email campaigns and automated lead nurturing, alongside a full dashboard for complete closed-loop reporting.
