After a competitive procurement process, Prodo was appointed by housing supplier Fusion21 to design and build their new website
Fusion21 is a professional services supplier to the housing space and public sector, offering procurement frameworks and technical expertise, aiming to increase productivity and efficiency.
They required a new website that would enhance the customer experience and provide a seamless end-to-end experience that provides benefits both internally and externally.
Prodo, a digital transformation agency specialising in the housing space, was appointed to design and build their new website earlier in 2021, as well as delivering a separate part of the project focussing around integrating their existing CRM system to improve operational efficiencies across the sales process.
With aligned core values and audience, it’s a perfect partnership for Prodo and Fuston21 to share insights and learnings to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Fusion21’s main challenges
The ultimate goal was to give Fusion21 a platform to grow, with an optimised website that engages leads and customers whilst providing a centralised system to manage those contacts.
Fusion21 were relatively happy with their previous website, however it lacked key functionalities that they required and felt it was unable to convert and engage their target audience with limited features and flexibility.
With no CRM system to support any marketing automation, as well as a restrictive CMS that was difficult to use and resource-heavy, their biggest website challenge was effectively engaging and converting leads.
Together, Prodo and Fusion21 agreed on a HubSpot CMS solution to create an improved, tailored experience to easily direct users to the right pages, presenting key information in a clear, usable way.
HubSpot is a dynamic CMS and CRM platform, offering a full suite of marketing, sales, customer service, and operational software.

One of the key areas that Prodo focused on for Fusion21’s new website was improving accessibility.
By enhancing the navigation with subsections and clear segmentation, it’s now much clearer for users to use the website and find their way around. On-page improvements included additional CTAs, particularly across high traffic and high value pages.
The flexible nature of HubSpot allowed Prodo to build a range of modules and templates that can be reutilised across the website, enabling simple content population and management going forward.
