Real, a construction and regeneration business, has seen its London and south east division secure a place to work principally on design and build projects in London and the home counties, and Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire.
These are in three price bands: up to £10m; £10m to £25m; and above £25m.
The housing association will also work with Real’s south west team on projects in the same price bands in the Bristol and Avon region. A2Dominion plans to build up to 6,000 homes over the five years to 2025, according to its latest corporate plan.
Paul Nicholls, chief executive of Real, said: “This is an incredibly exciting moment for us.
“When we launched Real, it was to support housing providers to create thriving, sustainable homes and communities – this framework allows us to do exactly that.
“We are really pleased that A2Dominion trusts us to deliver right across its communities.
“We look forward to furthering our relationship with it and its customers beyond Ealing, where we are currently working together in a joint venture regeneration project providing more than 900 mixed-tenure homes at Green Man Lane.”
Projects built through the framework will vary in size and scope, from smaller ‘infill’ sites to large urban regeneration or greenfield developments.
Sites will focus on London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, East Sussex, Oxfordshire and Bristol.
Real has also recently won a place on the £250m south east consortium framework to build affordable homes and other projects for housing associations and local authorities over the next three years.
