The Regulator of Social Housing has put a small Kent-based housing provider on its Gradings Under Review list.
The regulator confirmed earlier this week that it is investigating Rapport Housing and Care for a matter that may impact on its compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
At the time of the last Statistical Data Return, Rapport Housing had fewer than 1,000 homes and therefore does not have a current published regulatory grading or judgment.
If the regulator finds that Rapport Housing has breached the Governance and Financial Viability Standard, it could be issued with a regulatory notice.
In November last year, the regulator issued a notice for an eight-home provider after concluding that it had breached the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
Rapport Housing and Care is a not-for-profit housing association based in Kent that has served the south-east of England for more than 50 years.
