Housing association Sanctuary and Pretium Frameworks have launched a new four-year framework for asset management and professional services.
The Asset Management and Professional Support Services (AMPSS) framework provides consultancy services across the full asset and property management lifecycle, offering a simple route to access support across housing and property maintenance in a single lot.
Procured by Sanctuary as the contracting authority, and managed by Pretium Frameworks, it includes: AtkinsRealis UK; Faithorn Farrell Timms LLP; McBains; Inner Circle Consulting; Impart Links; Lumensol; Serco; Altair Consultancy and Advisory Services; ARK Consultancy; and Illuminet Solutions.
The framework covers a wide range of support, including reviewing current services, designing better ways of working, improving performance, and introducing new systems or processes. It also includes expert advice, project and programme management, procurement support, and specialist services such as building safety and compliance.
In addition, the framework supports day-to-day operational delivery. This includes areas such as repairs and maintenance, planned works, asset management, contract and financial management and performance monitoring. It can also provide interim management, additional resources, and support with supply chains and workforce planning.
Jessica John, director of Pretium, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to launch this new framework with Sanctuary, giving contracting authorities access to experienced consultants and operational specialists across asset management, property services, and transformation.
“Covering the full lifecycle from strategy and design through to delivery, operations, and continuous improvement, it gives framework users end-to-end support, supporting both short-term needs and longer-term transformation programmes.
“We look forward to working with our sector colleagues at Sanctuary to support the sector in planning, delivering and improving its housing and property maintenance activities.”
Overall, the framework enables organisations to assess, transform and manage their asset and property services more effectively, with both strategic consultancy and hands-on operational support available.
Mark Ridge, group procurement manager, construction, at Sanctuary, said: “Due to the breadth of our asset portfolio and our wide geographical coverage, AMPSS framework is a good fit for Sanctuary.
“The ability to draw on the wealth of expertise and support that this framework provides will be key in supporting the services we deliver now and in the future.”
The framework is open to any public sector organisation throughout the UK, and members of their supply chain, from housing providers and local authorities to NHS Hospital Trusts.
