Shaun Gagie has been appointed as head of People and Culture at South Lakes Housing (SLH) to help develop and deliver improvement and growth.
Shaun has over 10 years of experience delivering HR, organisational development and safeguarding across a variety of sectors including sport, housing, education.
He has an MSc in Human Resource Management and is a chartered member of the CIPD.
Shaun, who joins SLH from the Radclyffe School, has a “wealth” of previous experience in housing, where he worked at New Charter Housing Association and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
Shaun has also held head of HR positions at Bradford University and Basketball England and is an independent non-executive director for the British Taekwondo board.
In his new role at SLH Shaun will be central to organisational change, people development, employee engagement, and training.

“Shaun will be a key addition to our Leadership Team and will be fundamental in the further development of our people, culture, training and development packages.
“His wealth of knowledge and experience in HR, delivering efficiencies and putting customers first will be a great addition to SLH as we continue our transformation journey.”
