Stonewater has signed a repairs and maintenance contract worth £1.75m per year with property services company Ian Williams.
The responsive repairs and empty homes contract will cover at least 1,800 homes and has the potential to be extended to a duration of 15 years.
The collaborative partnership aims to create a whole asset management solution, with plans to include planned and cyclical works across Stonewater’s homes into Ian Williams’ work streams.
Ian Williams, which currently oversees repairs for Stonewater’s homes located in the south-east of England and East Midlands, will now be responsible for undertaking works across all homes in Stonewater’s wider Central region including Northampton, East Cambridgeshire, and Peterborough.
