Free to attend, the Switchee Summit 2023 will unite professionals from across Europe in social housing to discuss and tackle common challenges within the sector.
This unique peer-to-peer led learning experience will connect the social housing sector and government under one roof to address how together the industry can manage the manifestation of mould in social housing, ensure tenants benefit from healthy, affordable homes, and harness the power of technology and data in the drive towards Net Zero.
Key speakers include Paul Griffiths, head of Housing Assets & Development at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Prof. Koen Kas, founder & chief executive officer at Healthskouts, Ian Wright, chief executive at Disruptive Innovators Network; Adam Scorer, chief executive at NEA, and Tom Robins, CEO of Switchee.
Tom Robins, CEO of Switchee, commented: “I’m delighted to launch the inaugural Switchee Summit. With a packed agenda of expert European thought leaders and best practice examples from UK Housing Associations, the Switchee Summit will help the sector combat key challenges such as mould, health and Net Zero.
“I would personally like to thank Dudley Metropolitan Council for hosting the Switchee Summit; as the first UK local authority to be awarded Net Zero Neighbourhoods demonstrator funding, it’s sure to be a day full of inspiration and collaboration.
“I can’t wait to welcome everyone.”
Designed with anyone responsible for managing socially rented homes in mind, the Switchee Summit welcomes attendees across finance, asset management, sustainability, IT transformation, and communications.
Switchee is a Housing Digital Stakeholder that seeks to make maintaining properties simple and straight forward with remote tools that allow the user to check a property’s condition, analyse problems, and schedule fixes.
