Leading social housing data and insights company Switchee have announced that Kate Roberts has joined the company as head of Customer Success.
Kate joins Switchee from Altair Ltd. where she was principal consultant in the Governance team and brings with her a wealth of experience within the social housing sector.
Kate’s vast experience across the social housing industry spans over 15 years, holding positions in front-line housing management, business intelligence, strategy, policy and research.
Kate has also lead on several key research projects in the sector including DLUHC’s white paper baseline survey at the Social Housing Professionalisation Review, the Regulator of Social Housing’s in-depth assessment review, BEIS Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Evaluation, and most recently a review of the Scottish Housing Regulatior’s regulatory framework in practice, on behalf of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations.
Kate will lead the Customer Success team at Switchee to continue to deliver exceptional customer experience while bringing in her passion for customer engagement, long term strategy development and consumer standards compliance.
