Thousands of people recently flocked to Manor Park in Scunthorpe for the annual Ongo Carnival, “making it the biggest and best one yet.”

Myos House, Ongo’s dementia care scheme, and Sycamore Court, a development of eight bungalows in Scunthorpe have been awarded a Gold standard Secured by Design award.

A £5.2m project to build 37 new homes, funded by Ongo and Homes England, has been completed on Station Road in Scunthorpe this month.

Applications for Ongo’s new homes have gone live this month, with keys being handed over just weeks after, in time for Christmas.

Ongo has handed over a total of 24 new homes to tenants on Froddingham Road in Scunthorpe, all of which are for affordable rent.

The homes will be finished to a high-quality standard, and come with an added parking court and electric vehicle charging points, Ongo says.

Housing provider Ongo has handed over a further 12 homes in Scunthorpe as part of its phased delivery of mixed-tenure developments in the area.

Ongo will celebrate the completion of its 10,000th home in October – and its best year of building ever, with more than 60 homes handed over in 2020 so far.

Ongo has handed over the keys to eight new Rent to Buy homes on Lancaster Road, Scunthorpe, with eight more in the pipeline.
