Three Sixty has announced that it will be expanding its services to include home sales as part of its online estate agency and property management arm, Three Sixty Living.
Three Sixty Living already works with landlords across Greater Manchester and says it understands the frustrations some of these property owners have experienced when trying to sell or purchase properties.
Hidden expenses, unnecessary stresses added by estate agents, and the lack of personalisation with online offerings has led to Three Sixty Living launching its home sales service in mid-April.
Three Sixty is a Stockport Homes Group subsidiary known for giving a large proportion of its profits back to community projects.
Earlier this month, WiggyWam published a survey that showed 80% of homeowners believe the process of buying a house has remained largely the same or has worsened during their lifetime.
Just over three quarters believe the service provided by agents and other players in the industry has also declined or remained “static”.
In response, Three Sixty Living says it aims to provide a “friendly” service that puts people at the heart of the transaction.
It adds that, as Three Sixty donates a high proportion of its profit to local causes, homeowners who use its services will know they are contributing to the positive lives of their local communities.
David Wright, chair of Three Sixty, said: “We are very proud to be able to deliver another new service which will bring positive change to an ever-changing industry which is in uncertain times.
“Every Three Sixty Living colleague is dedicated to creating a better experience for all customers.”
Three Sixty is a multi-million-pound construction and property management company formed to deliver services to everyone while achieving social, community, and environmental benefits across Manchester.
