PropTech firm AIM Platform has appointed Kim Jenkins as managing director, joining the leadership team as it seeks to expand adoption of its data management platform.
Jenkins took up the role this month and will work alongside sales director Owen Jenkins and operations director Danny McKeown.
The Birmingham-based company provides a digital asset management platform designed for housing, property and construction organisations. Its technology enables teams to capture, store and analyse property data using 360° imaging, allowing users to carry out measurements and inspections remotely rather than through repeated site visits.
Jenkins brings more than 25 years’ experience in technology leadership, including roles across financial services, data platforms and operational technology businesses. Her background includes scaling software and SaaS organisations, with a focus on operational performance and customer adoption.
In her new position, she will oversee the company’s next phase of growth as demand increases among housing associations and property teams seeking to manage compliance data and property information more efficiently.
Jenkins said: “We needed someone who understands how to grow a technology business without losing sight of what customers actually need. Kim’s done this repeatedly across different sectors. She’s the right person to lead our next phase.”
McKeown added: “Kim gets that technology has to work in the real world, not just in demos. That’s been our approach from day one. She’ll help us scale whilst keeping that focus.”
