Triple Value Impact (TVI) has launched a new Housing Digital Blueprint aimed at improving efficiency across UK housing organisations through pre-assessed digital solutions.
The initiative enables housing associations and councils to identify cost-saving opportunities using tailored calculations for each landlord. According to TVI, the blueprint offers a “fast-tracked” approach to evaluating and implementing digital tools across operations. More than 40 councils have already undertaken a similar local government version, including Walsall Council.
Shaun Darcy, the authority’s director of finance, corporate performance and corporate landlord, said the blueprint, and its collaboration with TVI, has helped deliver savings and improvements. “It was a really well laid out offer,” he added. “It was very logical from our perspective around things that just make sense.”
Dave Loudon, partner for housing at TVI, said: “I believe the fast-tracked approach of the blueprint is a seismic shift in the ability for landlords to see much needed efficiency gains and service improvements, and to avoid the saying ‘is that it’ when it comes to the many disappointing housing management systems that are quite frankly not delivering.”
