Midlands-based Accord Housing Association has announced changes to its executive team.
Sara Woodall (pictured below), its executive director of homes & communities, has broadened her role to include responsibility for the organisation’s assets and property maintenance teams.

Mark Patchitt (pictured below) has been promoted to the role of acting executive director of regeneration.

“I am very pleased to announce these changes within Accord,” said its chief executive Chris Handy. “The addition of our asset management and maintenance teams into Sara’s homes and communities’ directorate will bring together all our customer-facing teams.
“I am also pleased to welcome Mark Patchitt onto the executive team. Mark joined Accord at the beginning of the year and has already made a great contribution to our organisation.
“As acting executive director of regeneration, Mark is now responsible for Accord’s regeneration and construction teams, as well as our off-side manufacturing facility, LoCaL Homes and our in-house architect team, InDesign.”
Accord is one of the largest housing and social care organisations in the Midlands, providing 13,000 affordable homes and health and social care to 80,000 people and employing nearly 4,000.
LoCaL Homes provides traditional and closed panel, timber-frame systems from its manufacturing site in Walsall, providing low carbon housing solutions.
