The first property in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, was transferred to Thrive in December 2019 and all properties within the Rosewood core operating area are set to come under Thrive’s management portfolio for the next five years. This partnership marks an expansion of Thrive’s already growing portfolio by adding housing and property management services as a new core service offer for the home counties-based housing association.
“Thrive is delighted to announce this new venture with Rosewood. As an affordable housing provider, we are always looking for ways to strengthen our portfolio, and for new ways to deliver our commitment to providing good quality homes for local residents,” said operations director Jo Barrett. “This contract marks an important step for Thrive, and we look forward to working with Rosewood for many years to come.”
Sally Ingham, director, Rosewood Housing added:
“We’re pleased to have signed this new contract with Thrive Homes, smoothly transferring the management responsibility to a leading housing association with considerable experience of operating across Rosewood’s core geography in the South East. We’re committed to creating high-quality affordable places for people to live. This partnership will support our commitment to deliver a professional and responsive management service in line with our resident needs.”
